The plain-language rules for using YesNoWheel.org’s free decision tools.

1. What we provide

YesNoWheel.org offers free browser-based decision tools: the Yes or No Wheel (including Yes/No/Maybe mode with adjustable odds), Coin Flip, Dice Roller, and Random Number Picker, plus explanatory guides. The tools run entirely in your browser and require no account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the tools for lawful purposes and low-stakes, everyday decisions. You will not attempt to disrupt the site, misrepresent the tools’ output as professional advice, or use automated systems to abuse the service.

3. Randomness is for fun, not fate

Our tools generate random outcomes for entertainment and everyday tie-breaking. They are not a substitute for professional advice — medical, financial, legal, or otherwise. Do not base high-stakes or irreversible decisions on a spin. See our Disclaimer for the full picture.

4. No warranties

The tools are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. While we test every feature by hand and use your browser’s cryptographic random number generator, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or fitness for any particular purpose.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YesNoWheel.org and its creator are not liable for any decisions you make based on tool outcomes, nor for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

6. Intellectual property

The site’s design, text, and code are the property of YesNoWheel.org. You may share links to our tools freely; you may not copy substantial portions of the site’s content or pass the tools off as your own.

7. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. In short: we collect nothing, because the tools need nothing.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the site grows; the “last updated” date above will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
